We booked our trip to Universal with Dana. I have never been to Disney before and when I did some preliminary searches and found out I needed tickets AND reservations, and there's 3 different ways to get on rides... I knew I needed help. A friend referred me to Dana and she was the perfect agent! She helped us understand all of the resort/room options and got us booked at a resort that ended up being perfect for us, then she spent additional time answering tons of questions about how to actually enjoy our time there. She provided very thorough guides that had tons of tips and tricks that came in super handy for packing and during our stay. I can't imagine having done this without her, and I know our trip was made even more magical because of her help in planning it. My family and I just got back from our wonderful trip to Disney World! It was phenomenal! I believe a big part of our trip going so smooth, fun and magical was that we received help when planning it.
